Our Managing Director
Mr. Roger Talayaratne, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management, majoring in Marketing and Human resource management from the Manipal University, India.
He is also a certified management accountant from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and a certified marketer with 27 years of experience in sales, distribution, marketing and business strategy.
He is currently the Managing Director of Ebenezer Double Edged Solutions Pvt Ltd, Non-Executive Director at Pership Holdings Group of Companies and the Vice President Administration for the Board of Management of the Management Club Sri Lanka,
and the immediate past Chairman of The Management Club Mt Lavinia branch. He was formerly the Director of Sales & Marketing at Morison PLC, and prior to that the Head of Sales & Marketing, at GlaxoSmithKline(GSK) Pharmaceuticals and was a part of the Country Executive Board of the company.
In his current role, he and his team provide consultation to many corporates on business strategy, HR strategy, business process
re-engineering, consistently driving people performance, delivering market beating growth, developing and harnessing the talent of people to drive exceptional results for the organization. At Ebenezer Double Edged Solution, he has personally conducted over 200 development training programs
and assessment centers to help teams to build competencies and motivation to excel in their roles. Under his leadership the company has embarked in collaborations with the Charted Institute of Personal Managers (CIPM) jointly conducting strategic HR consultancy and people development focused projects and assessment centers. Ebenezer Double Edged Solutions currently has undertaken
and delivered multiple Strategic human resource strategy and development projects to multiple corporates both Globally and in Sri Lanka. The company has also been selected as logistics and training partner in Sri Lanka for the Department of Forest Services – International Programs of the Government of the United States of America (USA).
